Refund Policy – BarodaCab

At BarodaCab, we strive to ensure our customers have a smooth and reliable booking experience. This Refund Policy outlines the conditions under which you may be eligible for a refund for services booked through our website barodacab.in or via phone/WhatsApp booking.

1. Cancellation & Refund Rules
  • Cancellation before 24 hours of pickup: Full refund of the fare paid.
  • Cancellation before 12 hours of pickup: 50% of the fare will be charged, and the remaining amount will be refunded.
  • Cancellation less than 12 hours before pickup or no-show: 90% of the fare will be charged.
2. Refund Process
  • Refunds will be processed within 5–7 working days to the original payment method used at booking.
  • For cash payments, refunds (if applicable) will be made via bank transfer after verifying booking details.
3. Non-Refundable Situations
  • If the passenger is not available at the pickup location after the driver waits for the grace period (10–15 minutes).
  • If the trip is altered mid-journey resulting in a shorter distance or early termination by the passenger.
  • If the service is terminated due to a violation of our Terms & Conditions.
4. Service Disruption by Us
  • If BarodaCab cancels a booking due to vehicle unavailability or unforeseen issues, you will receive a full refund or an option to reschedule without extra charges.
