Terms & Conditions – BarodaCab
(Applicable for all bookings with BarodaCab.in)
1. Booking & Advance Payment
- All bookings are confirmed only after advance payment.
- Advance payment amount will be adjusted in the final bill at the end of the trip.
2. Cancellation & Refund Policy
- 24+ hours before trip start: Full refund of advance payment.
- 12 to 24 hours before trip start: 50% of total fare will be charged.
- Less than 12 hours before trip start or No-Show: 90% of total fare will be charged.
- For one-way trips, driver allowance is included in the fare; for round trips, driver allowance is charged per day as per agreed rate.
- Any refund will be processed within 5–7 working days via the original payment method.
3. Driver Waiting (Grace) Time
- Driver will wait up to 15 minutes beyond the scheduled pickup time.
- After the grace period, waiting charges will apply as per the agreed rate.
- If the customer is unreachable or cancels after the driver arrives, it will be considered a No-Show and full fare will be charged.
4. Journey Alteration
- If the route or destination is changed during the trip, additional fare will be charged based on actual kilometers traveled and applicable driver allowances/taxes.
5. Route Restrictions & Unforeseen Circumstances
- If police, administrative authorities, or any force majeure condition prevents completion of the journey, fare will be charged for the portion completed, or as per the originally agreed fare if return trip is required.
6. Vehicle Substitution
- In case the booked vehicle is unavailable due to operational issues, a similar category vehicle will be provided at no extra cost.
7. Minimum Fare Clause
- Minimum fare will apply even if the actual distance traveled is less than the quoted or booked distance.
8. Additional Charges
- Toll tax, border tax, and parking fees are extra, unless specified in the booking.
- Fuel surcharge may be applied in case of significant changes in fuel prices.
9. Round Trip Policy
- Round trips are calculated based on the total kilometers from pickup location to destination and back.
- A minimum range of 300 km applies for round trips.
- Driver allowance of ₹300 per day is applicable.
10. Legal Compliance
- If the customer refuses to pay as per agreed terms, legal action will be taken.
